Palliative Care Support

Chilliwack Hospice Society offers emotional and practical support to individuals receiving palliative care and their loved ones. Our trained volunteers provide compassionate companionship through patient visits, caregiver support, and bedside vigil services — whether at home, in hospital, hospice, or care facilities. We’re here to walk alongside patients and families through every stage of the journey.
