Art-full Grief: Creative Ways of Saying Goodbye
Thursday, September 30 | 1:00-3:00pm | via Zoom
Are you struggling with trying to find a way to say goodbye to your deceased loved one that really works for you?
During this past year with all of the COVID-19 restrictions, it has been very difficult for anyone to plan a funeral or any type of celebration of life. We hope you’ll join us for this informative presentation as our guest speaker Stephen Garrett shares from his own experiences, some creative and ‘art-full’ ways to help honour and say goodbye to a loved one.
Arising out of his personal experience of hundreds of deaths Stephen’s heart passion and life energy are focused on changing the conversation we have about death from one of fear and denial to one of embrace and inspiration. Stephen combines his life experience with his Masters in Leadership and Training as he trains and mentors people interested in dealing with dying, death, and grief in new and inspiring ways. Reverend Garrett is an author, educator, coach, grief counselor and trainer specializing in reframing our approach to dying, death and grief.
