Throughout the year Chilliwack Hospice Society hosts a variety of in-person and virtual educational workshops and presentations for the community. Topics may include advance care planning, financial and legal matters, self-care and wellness. Treasures in the Attic: Preserving Your Family Heirlooms

Join us for Treasures in the Attic: Preserving Your Family Heirlooms, a free educational presentation hosted by Chilliwack Hospice Society. Archivist Tristan Evans, MA, from the Chilliwack Museum and Archives, will share practical tips on archiving at home, including how to clean, care for, and salvage heirlooms, photos, documents, textiles, and artifacts.
The afternoon will include informative handouts and time for questions, helping you preserve your family’s history for generations to come.

Gentle Chair Yoga
Tuesdays — October 7–28 | 9:30–10:15am | Chilliwack Hospice Society (7112 Vedder Road)
Join Chilliwack Hospice Society for a calming, supportive yoga practice designed to gently nurture the body and heart through grief. Led by instructor Emmy Kerr, YTT200, these sessions offer slow, mindful movement, breathwork, and stillness from the comfort of your chair.
