Join us on Earth Day, Tuesday, April 22, for a special Closet Cleanout for a Cause at the Thrifty Boutique! Let’s keep textiles out of the landfill and support compassionate grief support and end-of-life care in our community.
Drop-off location: Around the back of the Thrifty Boutique
Donation hours: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PMClear out your closet and bring your pre-bagged, marked-for-recycling textiles to help us fill the truck! Volunteers will be on hand to gratefully accept your donations. Proceeds from textile recycling will directly support Chilliwack Hospice Society.
Accepted items: Clothing, shoes, handbags, sports bags, blankets, sheets, rugs, belts, scarves, hats, fabric, socks
Not accepted: Pillows, stuffed animalsWhen you arrive, please let our volunteers know you’re donating textiles for recycling for Closet Cleanout for a Cause. Every bag helps make a difference!
