To be a member in good standing at the Annual General Meeting your membership must be paid a minimum of 30 days prior to the AGM. Simply complete the form and return via email or by mailing to Chilliwack Hospice Society prior to May 17, 2024.

As a member you will receive our Hospice newsletters that will keep you up-to-date regarding our Society’s activities and you will also have the right to vote at our AGM.
