Supporting Chilliwack Hospice Society

Any donations made to Chilliwack Hospice Society are used to support our grief programs and services.  It also helps in the training and support of volunteers who dedicate their time to the Cascade Hospice. The donations do not provide items or funding to the Cascade Hospice as it is privately owned and operated by Sienna Senior Living, a for profit corporation.

Types of Gifts

General Gift

Make a donation in your own name to help support the Chilliwack Hospice Society’s programs and services.

Memorial Gift

A gift in memory of a loved one is a special way to support Hospice. It is often a thoughtful remembrance in place of funeral flowers. Many people make annual contributions in memory of loved ones. The Chilliwack Hospice Society will send a personalized card acknowledging your gift.

In Honour Gift

Special “in honour of” gifts are a meaningful way to commemorate a holiday, birthday, wedding, or other special occasion. The special person you honour will receive a card from the Chilliwack Hospice Society acknowledging your generous gift.

Planned Giving

A financial investment in the Chilliwack Hospice Society is an opportunity to ensure that end-of-life support for patients and families will be available for all in need. Gifts can include:

• Monthly Giving – your gift can be automatically withdrawn from your credit, chequing or savings account on a monthly basis.
• Bequests – are gifts made through wills or living trusts.
• Securities, Stocks and Mutual Funds
• Life Insurance

Raising Funds

You can donate in any of the following ways:

1. Online
   To make a secure donation online using your credit card, you can complete your transaction by filling out the form provided on this page.
2. By Mail
   To make a VISA, Mastercard or cheque contribution, print off the Donation Form, complete and mail it with your gift to:

3. By Phone
   Make a donation using your VISA or Mastercard by calling (604) 795-4660 from Monday to Friday, between 9:00am and 4:00pm.
4. Interac
   Visit the Society during regular business hours and make a payment on our debit/credit machine that comes directly out of your bank account.
