Our Journey: Living with a Life-Limiting Cancer Diagnosis Support Circle

Every two weeks on Wednesdays from 10:00am–11:30am, beginning June 12

“Our Journey” is a supportive circle dedicated to individuals confronting their own life-limiting cancer diagnosis. Within this safe space, participants can connect with others who share similar experiences with a life-limiting cancer diagnosis, offering mutual support and understanding. We encourage the sharing of personal experiences of living with cancer, as well as exchanging valuable resources, information, available supports, including the palliative program and palliative supports.

“Our Journey” strives to empower participants by helping them recognize and appreciate their own strengths and abilities as they navigate their own journey, their own way.
