Supporting Chilliwack Hospice

Types of Gifts

  • General Gift
    Make a donation in your own name to help support the Chilliwack Hospice Society's programs and services
    or donate by getting an oil change at Mr. Lube.
    Chilliwack Hospice Society receives a $5.00 donation from Mr. Lube (45922 Yale Rd location only) with every person that receives a regular priced oil change and presents the attached letter. Participants receive a gift and coupon book!

  • Memorial Gift
    A gift in memory of a loved one is a special way to support Hospice. It is often a thoughtful remembrance in place of funeral flowers. Many people make annual contributions in memory of loved ones. The Chilliwack Hospice Hospice Society will send a personalized card acknowledging your gift.

  • In Honor Gift
    Special "in honor of" gifts are a meaningful way to commemorate a holiday, birthday, wedding, or other special occasion. The special person you honor will receive a card from the Chilliwack Hospice Society acknowledging your generous gift.

  • Tear Drop Pendant
    All of the proceeds from the pendant will be donated directly to the Chilliwack Hospice Society and the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation, BC/Yukon region. More Info...

  • Planned Giving
    A financial investment in the Chilliwack Hospice Society is an opportunity to ensure that end-of-life support for patients and families will be available for all in need. Gifts can include:

    • Monthly Giving - your gift can be automatically withdrawn from your checking or savings account on a monthly basis
    • Bequests - are gifts made through wills or living trusts
    • Gifts of Stock of Property
    • Life Insurance
  • Raising Funds
    If you would like to raise funds for Chilliwack Hospice Society please complete the Third Party Event Application Form and fax to 604.795.2476 or email to tammy@chilliwackhospice.org.

    You can make your donation in any of the following ways:

    1. Online
      To make a secure donation online using your credit card, click on the button below.

    2. By Mail
      To make your Visa, Mastercard or cheque contribution, print off the Donation Form complete and mail it with your gift to:

    3. By Phone
      Make a donation using your Visa or Mastercard by calling 604-795-4660 from Monday to Friday, between 9:00am and 4:00pm.

    4. By Fax
      To make your Visa or Mastercard donation by fax, print off the Donation Form, complete it and send it via fax to 604-795-2476.

    5. Interac
      You can come into our centre and make a payment on our debit machine that comes directly out of your bank account.
